This Agreement for the Mystic Logistics Load Service (Tracking Service) is made between Mystic Logistics, LLC (Mystic Logistics) and the user (Carrier) of the Tracking Service. The Tracking Service allows for mobile phone geo-location tracking for duration of a single contract (Load).
The Tracking Service is a subscription which begins when (you) the Carrier agrees to the Tracking Service terms and conditions, and ends automatically upon completion of a single Load.
The subscribed tracking period for a single Load will not exceed 14 days.
You, the Carrier, can opt-out at any time from both messaging and location service (the Tracking Service) at any time by replying STOP to the opt-in text message.
Geo-location information collected by the Tracking Service is for the sole purpose of ensuring timely and accurate deliveries of Loads brokered to you, the Carrier.
Subscription to the Tracking Service is optional. If you do not want Mystic Logistics to use your location for the purposes set forth above, you should not subscribe to the Tracking Service.

Mobile phone user privacy is extremely important to us at Mystic Logistics. Location coordinates are only gathered after the mobile phone user has agreed to use the Tracking Service.
The agreement process is commenced by a Supervisor sending an Opt-In SMS text message to the Carrier's mobile phone. The Carrier can then accept this agreement by replying YES to the Opt-In SMS text message. At any time the Carrier may cancel Mystic Logistics Tracking Service's ability to obtain their location coordinates by replying STOP to this Opt-In SMS text message.
Service Limitations
Mystic Logistics Tracking Service is available only on the following cellular service providers:

Location coordinates (longitude, latitude, and radius) will be obtained only when we have proper authorization from the Carrier.
Other network carriers may be added as they become available.
Message and Data Rates May Apply
Messages will be sent up to 3 times per month / per Load. The total number of messages sent to a Carrier is governed by the number of Loads the Carrier has been issued by Mystic Logistics.
Opt-In / Opt-Out
Participation in the Tracking Service is subscription based and optional. At any time, the Carrier may cancel the Mystic Logistics Tracking Service's ability to obtain their location.
