William D. Morehead

Chief Financial Officer

Bill joined Mystic in 1998 with over 20 years of diverse experience in financial management, including business, system and financial planning. He also has extensive experience in development, financial reporting, capital and debt financing, internal control evaluation and construction project development.

Bill is responsible for development, formalization and management of the overall financial controls for Mystic operations. Currently, definition of management practices, policy, procedures and cost containment structures are his primary focus. Bill has also held various executive and management positions with Resorts International, Inc., Mirage, Inc. and Philadelphia National Bank. Bill is a CPA and a graduate of Rutgers University.

Shaun J. Nicholson

Vice President

Shaun joined Mystic in 2008 as a software developer. With over 10 years exprience in the 3PL / mail drop-shipment industry and 15 years experience in data analytics, query writing, and software development, Shaun has a unique combination of skills and serves as a "jack of all trades" within Mystic.

Responsible for developing Amadeus and Mystic's co-pal program, Shaun is heavily involved in Mystic's daily operation from the IT, to operations, to sales support and customer service.

Shaun graduated from Salve Regina University in Newport, RI with a degree in Information Systems Management.

Rocco Raimondi

Director of Distribution

Rocco joined Mystic Logistics in 2009 with 30 years of distribution, process improvement and management experience. Other expertise includes facility and property management, warehouse layout and human resources.

Prior to Mystic Rocco held executive positions in distribution and processing. Rocco is responsible for the effective and efficient operation of all aspects of Mystics high volume distribution center. Responsibilities Include ensuring customer expectations are met, recruitment, and continuous process improvements.
